I beat Roxas, but he's still a pain in the ass twunt to fight. And the reaction command? Fuck that unreliable piece of shit. He's only considered skill based because he punishes methods of play that aren't in his flowchart. Yknow, the tools you are actually CONDITIONED to use throughout the game. Yknow, use my drive forms, my magic, friends limits. I'm just glad i'm not restricted so hard now so i can actually ENJOY the gameplay. I beat him, he wasn't fun, beating him wasn't satisfying, and i learned LITERALLY FUCKING NOTHING from this boss fight. I am so glad i am done with this piece of shit boss fight and never have to fight fucking Roxas ever a-fucking-gain. That doesn't even compare to fucking Riku in Kingdom Hearts 1 or Terranort from BBS. I have never screamed and cursed that goddamn hard at a boss in a single player game. The only variable that changed was getting the reaction command ON HIS LAST GODDAMN BAR OF HEALTH and having 3 extra defense to survive a few more hits. I did that, failed the execution every fucking time, INCLUDING this one. He's not fun, he's frustrating, you have NO way to speed up the boss fight, no way to brute force it, no way to play other than the EXACT way the boss fight demands. I still do and will ALWAYS maintain that Roxas is a badly done, badly placed boss fight BECAUSE he's the exact opposite of everything else in the game. Can't use most drive forms cuz of no friends, can't use limits. I couldn't use block cuz his combo deadangles. Oh god fucking damnit that boss was flowcharted as fuck.

You might be thinking: what idiot would pay that fee if all the firm is doing is filing your taxes and not even managing your bookkeeping? It can sometimes be difficult to convey the correct sentiment when writing a blog article, so when reading the next line please be sure to do so with a sarcastic tone. He also offered to teach us how to do our own bookkeeping. He suggested we each open our own LLCs, offered to host quarterly check-in meetings and help us file our quarterly and annual taxes. The second accountant offered us what seemed like much more sound advice. The second accountant wanted to charge us nearly $7,000 per year I thanked him for his time, his highly questionable advice, and moved on to the next appointment. The accountant went on to discuss all the different loopholes that we could employ to save money on taxes. It was a premature LLC filing for an app idea between myself, my husband and one of his college buddies, and it never took off.Īdditionally, the old LLC had nothing to do with graphic design (my occupation) or computer programming (my husband’s occupation). I was immediately confused as to why we should follow this bizarre advice since that LLC was nothing but a fluke that never made any money. The first accountant, who shall remain unnamed, instructed my husband and me to resurrect an old LLC we held back in 2009 and had since closed. Two called me back, and I immediately set up the introductory appointments. I left messages with about a half dozen CPAs where I live in Miami-Dade county. I began my tax journey as so many others have done before me – by turning to Google. So finding the right accountant who could take on a pair of self-employed contractors was key. I should preface this portion of the story by pointing out that my husband is also a self-employed contractor. View deal My journey to finding the right accountant for the job |
